Second house in Frankfurt

Brera Serviced Apartments expands its portfolio with a house of 150 apartments in Frankfurt. The new building will be built at Solmstraße 58. The client is City 1 Group GmbH, which is also responsible for the development of the remaining area with more than 120 condominiums in the "W - Double U" project.

Vassilios Farmakis, Managing Director City 1 Group, Benjamin Djebali, Head of Acquisition Brera Serviced Apartments and Matteo Ghedini, CEO Brera signed the contract this week.

This means that the brand currently has six properties. The locations in Munich, Frankfurt and Nuremberg are already successfully in operation - Leipzig, Ulm and the second building in Frankfurt are contractually secured and are in the pre-opening phase.

The house will have 150 apartments between 20 and 42m² as well as a community area. The completion of the new building and thus the start of the operative business is planned for autumn 2020.
