Opening Singen

Singen am Hohentwiel, the town with the highest vineyard in Germany, is our next destination.

On November 01, 2023, the BRERA SERVICED APARTMENTS with 63 units will open the doors there.

Centrally located, just five minutes from the train station and ten minutes to the city center, we are very excited to soon welcome our first guests. The studios and one-bedroom apartments are - as always - equipped with kitchens and everything that goes with it, a desk and most of the apartments even have balconies. On the ground floor is our Salone, the community are, which invites you to relax or work.

At this special location it is even a good idea to extend your business trip to explore the surrounding area. The beautiful Lake Constance is about 15km away (Radolfzell), a visit to Switzerland is a good idea due to the proximity and the Black Forest is also perfectly accessible from here.

The central location of the property allows a quick way to the most relevant companies in Singen and still offers enough peace and quiet to leave the stressful working day behind.
