Matteo Ghedini

Founder and CEO

Matteo Ghedini is founder and CEO of BRERA Serviced apartments. Born in italy, he began his career as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group; he then completed his MBa at inSead and successfully modernised a family-owned real estate company in germany. His passion is interior design and structured leadership with self-responsibility. His goal is to develop Brera Serviced apartments into one of the most important long-term hospitality companies in europe.

Michael Kowalzik

CFO und Managing Director

Michael Kowalzik has accompanied Brera GmbH since January 2018 and is responsible for Finance & It. He has many years of experience in managing strong corporate growth, which he demonstrated in the past by successfully building a technology company and an e-commerce company. in this context, he completed several financing rounds and sold a company to an international private equity fund.

Benjamin Djebali

Akquisition

Benjamin Djebali has been part of the team in Munich since 2015 and has headed the operational part of the company from there. He studied international management and has a strong passion for architecture and interior design. His most important milestones at Brera Serviced apartments were the opening of the houses in munich and Frankfurt as well as the conclusion of contracts for Leipzig, Ulm and Frankfurt.

Christiane Anstötz

Sales, Marketing & Operation

Christiane Anstötz brings with her more than 20 years of experience in the hotel business. She spent more than ten years with FRHI – Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel in leading sales & marketing positions. Her last role in this company was Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for Western Europe. Prior to that, she held various positions at InterContinental Berlin, Hyatt Regency Cologne and a privately held company in Berlin.
