Brera Serviced Apartment Singen, your apartment house with 63 apartments. The central location offers you easy access to the important companies in Singen and at the same time to the city center or to the Hohentwiel. Public transport is just a few minutes away. Singen can also be easily explored by bicycle.

We are available for you from Monday to Friday from 8-18h for any questions, tips and jokes
Apartment cleaning
A weekly cleaning including linen change is included in the price. You are welcome to request additional cleaning for a fee. Of course we clean hygienically according to official HACCP standards.
Lavanderia
In the basement of the house are washing machines, dryers and irons for use (for a fee). You can get detergent “around the corner” in the supermarket.
Fully equiped
The apartments are fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchen utensils (crockery, cutlery, pots and pans), coffee maker, microwave – you just need to unpack your suitcase, go shopping and off you go …in your new home. Only our pocket apartments do not have a kitchen – you are welcome to use the kitchen on the ground floor.
Additional charges
The price includes all costs…wifi, electricity, apartment cleaning, final cleaning, as well as regular “brerativos” – our aperitifs or small events that we organize regularly so you can get to know your neighbors. Please note: Singen is charging a city tax for leisure travellers, which has to be paid at the accommodation upon arrival.

Even if the local team is not there for you around the clock, someone is always available. You can dial our number at any time and get help. By the way, we are also happy to communicate with you via what’s app – if this is also a quick way for you to communicate.
Reservation changes
If your plans change and you need to leave earlier, we will charge for a maximum of 14 days or the remaining days of your stay if it is less than 14 days.
Underground parking
On site we have on request and availability paid parking directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be safely stored in the bicycle cellar.
