The 124 stylish and warmly furnished apartments and rooms are suitable for a stay of 1-2 people. We want to make you feel like you’re staying with friends, so your local team is always available during office hours to take care of your needs. You can check in easily with the Hotelbird app. A fully equipped kitchenette in the apartments allows you a relaxed stay up to six months. Two hotplates and cooking utensils make it easy to recreate recipes from our Brera cookbook. Cutlery and crockery by Alessi© and the Nespresso© coffee machine reflect the Italian origin of Brera. The comfortable bed with soft bedding will let you get a well-deserved sleep. Ample storage space, a bathroom with a large shower and cozy towels give you a homey feeling. In the “Lavanderia”, the laundromat, washing machine and dryer are at your disposal for a fee, in the “Salone” – the common area you have the possibility to work, read or relax. A small conference room is also available. For short stays there are 29 efficiently furnished single rooms, with the possibility to cook in the “Salone” or just enjoy a drink.
Public Transportation
The stop “Stuttgart Feuerbach” is only 250m away from the house. There are subway and suburban trains. To the main station and the city center of Stuttgart it is only 2 stations, you drive five minutes.

The nearest supermarket is directly across the street, just a two-minute walk away.
Culture
Only 15 minutes into the city center and the “Schlossplatz Stuttgart” (Stuttgart Palace Square) where you can find a lot of museums and culture.

Apartment cleaning
A weekly cleaning including linen change is included in the price. You are welcome to request additional cleaning for a fee. Of course we clean hygienically according to official HACCP standards.
Lavanderia
In the basement of the house are washing machines, dryers and irons for use (at cost). You can get detergent “around the corner” in the supermarket.
Fully equiped
The apartments are fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchen utensils (crockery, cutlery, pots and pans), coffee maker, microwave – you just need to unpack your suitcase, go shopping and off you go …in your new home. Only our pocket apartments do not have a kitchen – you are welcome to use the kitchen on the ground floor.
Additional charges
The price includes all costs…wifi, electricity, apartment cleaning, final cleaning, access to our 24-hour fitness area, as well as regular “brerativos” – our aperitifs or small events that we organize regularly so you can get to know your neighbors.
24 hour check-in
24/7 availability
Even if the local team is not there for you around the clock, someone is always available. You can dial our number at any time and get help. By the way, we are also happy to communicate with you via what’s app – if this is also a quick way for you to communicate.
Reservation changes
If your plans change and you need to leave earlier, we will charge for a maximum of 14 days or the remaining days of your stay if it is less than 14 days.
Underground parking
On site we have space for four-wheelers or two-wheelers in the private underground garage, as well as in the private parking lot in front of the door, upon request and availability. The clearance to the garage is two meters and the parking spaces are 2.3 x 5.00 meters.
