Buongiorno! We would like to welcome you to Ulm, a beautiful city with many exciting spots. Located in the Dichterviertel – a newly deveoped area. 111 fully equipped apartments of 21-42m² and two community areas where you can meet neighbours, work or just read a book. Live in our friendly serviced apartment house in the middle of the Dichterviertel Ulm. The central location of the serviced apartment property is the perfect starting point for a relaxing stay in this beautiful city. The public transport as well as the city centre with the beautiful Ulm Minster can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Ulm can be explored by bike on the well-developed cycle paths. Our garage provides safe storage for your bicycle.

We are available for you from Monday to Friday from 8-18h for any questions, tips and any wishes.
Apartment Cleaning
Your rate includes a weekly cleaning service with linen change. You are welcome to book additional cleaning services at cost. Of course, we clean hygienically clean according to official HACCP standards.
Laundry room
On the ground floor there are washing machines, dryers and irons for use (at cost). You may get washing powder “around the corner” in the supermarket.
Fully equiped
Your apartment is fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, pots and pans), dishwasher, microwave – all you need to do is unpack your suitcase, go shopping and off you go…in your new home.
Additional charges
All costs are included in your rate…Wifi, electricity, apartment cleaning, final cleaning, as well as regular “Brerativos” – our aperos or small events that we organize regularly so that you get to know your neighbors.
24h check-in
We look forward to welcoming you personally and showing you the house. If it is not possible for you to arrive Monday to Friday between 8h and 18h, we have a simple solution for digital check-in (via the app Hotelbird with your mobile phone). You can find it in the App stores: Apple & Android
24h availability
Even though the team on site is not there for you around the clock, someone is always available. You may always dial our phone number to be helped. We are also happy to communicate with you via what’s app, just in case it’s a fast way of communication for you – you decide.
Change your booking
If your plans change and you have to leave earlier, we charge a maximum of 14 days or charge the remaining days of your stay, if the remaining nights are less than 14 days.
Parking garage
On site, upon request and availability, we have space for four-wheelers or two-wheelers in the underground public garage. There is a separate area for you (marked Brera) – just follow the signs. The clearance is 2.05 meters and the parking spaces are 2.5 x 5.00 meters.

You will receive a check-in email prior to arrival.
Please download the Hotelbird App (information in check-in email) or use our web check-in opportunity.
Please log in with the same email in the app on where you received the check-in email (if this is not possible, please follow the instructions in the check-in email) or use the link for the web check-in.
On the day of arrival, you will receive your digital key in the app at 3pm to open the doors. You may also create a key card at the check-in terminal, or you will get the entrance code with the web check-in as well as a QR-code with which you will receive your key card at the check-in terminal.
* Please note that without a card or app only the security guard can open the apartment outside office hours. If it is necessary to activate the security to open the apartment we charge EUR 150.

Gerberhaus Ulm
The tanner’s house is located in a historic house from the 16th to 17th century, idyllically situated in the Ulm fishermen’s and tanners’ quarter directly on the course of the river Blau. Directly at the “Saubrückle”, probably the largest tannery in Ulm with formerly 14 tanning vats. With its old alleys, winding passages, bridges and footbridges, the fishermen’s and tanners’ quarter provides an impressive insight into medieval life in Ulm. The quarter was built on one of the oldest settlement areas within the current city limits. Since the stylish restoration of the whole area at the end of the last century, numerous gastronomic businesses, galleries and small specialist shops have established themselves in the old buildings. The ground floor of the house Weinhofberg 9 (tanner’s house) was converted into a restaurant in the 80s of the last century and has been run as such ever since.
