Some of them with balcony or terrace. The “Salone”, our community area, is at your disposal if you don’t want to work in the apartment or if you just feel like some company. The central location is the ideal starting point for a carefree stay in the lively city. The public transport as well as many surrounding companies and the Messe Frankfurt can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The city centre can be explored by bike on the well-developed cycle paths. Our garage keeps your bike and car safe. Of course, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance and a weekly market is also nearby.

Your House Manager is available for you from Monday to Friday 8-18h for any questions, tips and jokes.
Apartment cleaning
Included in your rate is a weekly cleaning service including linen change. You are welcome to book additional cleanings at cost. Of course we clean hygienically clean according to official HACCP standards.
Washing salon
There are washing machines, dryers and irons in the basement to use at a small fee. You can get washing powder “around the corner” in the supermarket.
Fully equiped
Your apartment is fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchen utensils (crockery, cutlery, cooking pots), dishwasher, microwave – all you have to do is unpack your suitcase, go shopping and off you go …in your new home.
Additional charges
In your rate all costs are included…Wifi, electricity, apartment cleaning, final cleaning and also our regular “Brerativos” – our aperitifs or small events that we organize regularly so that you get to know your neighbours.
24h check-in
We look forward to welcoming you personally and showing you the house. If it is not possible for you to arrive Monday to Friday between 8h and 18h, we have a simple solution for digital check-in (via the app Hotelbird with your mobile phone). You can find it in the App stores: Apple & Android

Even if your Team is not there for you around the clock, there is always someone available. We are available for you 24/7 on the phone. We are also happy to communicate with you via what´s app – if it is a fast and easy communication channel for you, too.
Change your booking
If your plans change and you have to leave earlier, we will charge a maximum of 14 days or the remaining days of your booking if it is less than 14 days.

Your Guest Relation Manager will recommend the nearest gym, the best yoga studio or a great forest trail – whatever you need.

Please download the Hotelbird App (information in check-in email) or use our web check-in opportunity.
Please log in with the same email in the app on where you received the check-in email (if this is not possible, please follow the instructions in the check-in email) or use the link for the web check-in.
On the day of arrival, you will receive your digital key in the app at 3pm to open the doors. You may also create a key card at the check-in terminal or you will get the entrance code with the web check-in as well as a QR-code with which you will receive your key card at the check-in terminal.
* Please note that we will charge EUR 150 in case a security guard is necessary to open your door.
