Public transportation is in direct vicinity and you may reach any important spot within the city up from there. Bike riding in Leipzig is also very common and our our bike storage allows a safe place for it. Apartment cleaning
Weekly cleaning service as well as change of linen is included in your rate. Feel free to book any additional cleanings at cost. Of course we clean hygienically clean according to official HACCP standards.
Washing salon
Washing machines, dryers and irons are on site on the second basement for you to use. You may purchase your washing powder “around the corner” at the drugstore.
Fully equiped
Your apartment is fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchen utensils (crockery, cutlery, cooking pots), dishwasher, microwave – all you have to do is unpack your suitcase, go shopping and off you go …in your new home.
Additional charges
All utilities are included in your rate.Wifi, electricity, apartment cleaning, final cleaning as well as our regular “Brerativos” – the Italian Aperitifs or events we organize regularly for you to meet your neighbours.

Even if Susanne can not be there for you 24h, there is always someone available. We are available for you 24/7 on the phone. We are also happy to communicate with you via what´s app – if it is a fast and easy communication channel for you, too.
Change your booking
If your plans change and you have to leave earlier, we will charge a maximum of 14 days or the remaining days of your booking if it is less than 14 days.

Your Guest Relation Manager will recommend the nearest gym, the best yoga studio or a great forest trail – whatever you need.
