Apartment cleaning
Weekly cleaning service, including a change of bed linen, is included in your rate. You are welcome to book additional cleanings for an extra fee. Of course, we always clean hygienically according to official HACCP standards.
Washing salon
Our washing machines are waiting for you in the basement. Everything is easily controlled via WeWash. Detergent and fabric softener are dispensed automatically. All you have to do is throw your laundry in and look forward to the results.
Fully equipped
Your apartment is fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchen utensils (crockery, cutlery, cooking pots), dishwasher, microwave – all you have to do is unpack your suitcase, go shopping and off you go …in your new home.
Additional charges
The price of your apartment includes all costs: accommodation, Wi-Fi, electricity, apartment cleaning, final cleaning, and VAT. Not included are any special municipal taxes such as city tax, visitor’s tax, or accommodation tax. Where required, Brera is legally obliged to collect the taxes for the respective city upon check-in.

We look forward to welcoming you in person and showing you around the house. Check-in is digital, simply follow the web link we send you in advance. Once you arrive, you can easily create a key card at one of our terminals.

Even though our team is not on site 24/7, there is always someone available for you. You can call our phone number at any time and receive assistance. We are also happy to communicate with you via WhatsApp, if that is a convenient and quick way for you to get in touch.

City Haus
At 142.5 metres, the City Tower is a landmark visible from afar. It is also colloquially known as the “Uniriese.” The building was constructed between 1968 and 1972 based on designs by the architect Prof. Hermann Henselmann. Today, it houses numerous offices, a panorama restaurant, and a viewing platform that you can visit.
Opera Leipzig
The opera house opened in 1960 and stands on the site of the New Theatre, which was destroyed during the war. Some late-classical elements of the previous building were subtly incorporated into the design. As a venue for opera and ballet performances, the Opera Hall can seat 1,267 guests.
