We wish you a relaxing stay in our modern building with 149 serviced apartments in the middle of the City West. The central location is the ideal starting point for a carefree stay in the lively city. The public transport as well as many surrounding companies and the Messe Frankfurt can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The city centre can be explored by bike on the well-developed cycle paths. Our garage keeps your bike and car safe. Of course, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance and a weekly market is also nearby.

Apartment Cleaning
Your rate includes a weekly cleaning service with linen change. Additional cleanings can be booked at an extra charge. All cleaning is carried out in accordance with official HACCP hygiene standards.
Washing Salon
Washing machines are available for your use in the basement. All machines are conveniently operated via WeWash. Detergent and fabric softener are dispensed automatically – simply load your laundry and let the system take care of the rest.
Fully Equipped
Your apartment comes fully equipped with linen, towels, and kitchen essentials (crockery, cutlery, cookware), as well as a dishwasher and microwave. Simply unpack your suitcase, do your shopping, and feel at home.
Additional Charges
The price of your apartment includes accommodation, Wi-Fi, electricity, regular cleaning, final cleaning, and VAT. Not included are any applicable municipal taxes (e.g. city tax). Where required, these must be collected upon check-in in accordance with local regulations.

We look forward to welcoming you and showing you around. Check-in is fully digital – simply follow the link we send you in advance. Upon arrival, you can easily create your key card at one of our terminals.

Even when our on-site team is not available, support is always within reach. You can contact us by phone 24/7. We are also happy to communicate via WhatsApp if that is convenient for you.
Change your booking
If your plans change and you have to leave earlier, we will charge a maximum of 14 days or the remaining days of your booking if it is less than 14 days.
