The Brera Serviced Apartment building in Munich West with 58 apartments is located in the western part of the city. Public transport is directly in front of the house. The main train station is only five minutes away by underground. Munich is a very safe city, so subway is common here. Your apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and to make the best use of it there is a big supermarket with a fresh meat counter and a sushi bar only a few minutes walk away. A drugstore, small snack restaurants and more are in the near vicinity.

If you have any questions, tips, or just want to chat, we are here for you. You can reach our team by phone daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Our house manager is regularly on site. You can find the times in the house.
Apartment cleaning
Included in your rate is a weekly cleaning service including linen change. You are welcome to book additional cleanings at cost. Of course, we clean hygienically clean according to official HACCP standards.
Washing salon
Our washing machines are waiting for you in the basement. Everything is easily controlled via WeWash. Detergent and fabric softener are dispensed automatically. All you have to do is throw your laundry in and look forward to the results.
Fully equipped
Your apartment is fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchen utensils (crockery, cutlery, cooking pots), dishwasher, microwave – all you have to do is unpack your suitcase, go shopping and off you go …in your new home.
Additional charges
The price of your apartment includes all costs: accommodation, Wi-Fi, electricity, apartment cleaning, final cleaning, and VAT. Not included are any special municipal taxes such as city tax, visitor’s tax, or accommodation tax. Where required, Brera is legally obliged to collect the taxes for the respective city upon check-in.
24h check-in
We look forward to welcoming you in person and showing you around the house. Check-in is digital, simply follow the web link we send you in advance. Once you arrive, you can easily create a key card at one of our terminals.
24h availability
Even though our team is not on site 24/7, there is always someone available for you. You can call our phone number at any time and receive assistance. We are also happy to communicate with you via WhatsApp, if that is a convenient and quick way for you to get in touch.
Change your booking
If your plans change and you have to leave earlier, we will charge a maximum of 14 days or the remaining days of your booking if it is less than 14 days.
Fitness Options
Your Guest Relation Manager will recommend the nearest gym, the best yoga studio or a great forest trail – whatever you need.
