The 62 stylish and warmly furnished apartments of the Brera Serviced Apartment in Munich Schwabing are suitable for a business visit to Munich as well as for the transitional period when you move to the Bavarian metropolis or if you just feel like “worcation”. Centrally located in Munich Schwabing, you can quickly reach many Munich companies, the Olympic Park and the city. Public transportation (bus and streetcar) is right outside the door. If you want to use a bike, we will be happy to store it in the underground garage or next to the house. A supermarket with bakery and café is right next door, restaurants and bars are not far away. We are happy to give you great tips.

If you have any questions, tips, or just want to chat, we are here for you. You can reach our team by phone daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Our house manager is regularly on site. You can find the times in the house.
Apartment cleaning
Included in your rate is a weekly cleaning service including linen change. You are welcome to book additional cleanings at cost. Of course, we clean hygienically clean according to official HACCP standards.
Washing salon
Our washing machines are waiting for you in the basement. Everything is easily controlled via WeWash. Detergent and fabric softener are dispensed automatically. All you have to do is throw your laundry in and look forward to the results.
Fully equiped
Your apartment is fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchen utensils (crockery, cutlery, cooking pots), microwave – all you have to do is unpack your suitcase, go shopping and off you go …in your new home.
Additional charges
The price of your apartment includes all costs: accommodation, Wi-Fi, electricity, apartment cleaning, final cleaning, and VAT. Not included are any special municipal taxes such as city tax, visitor’s tax, or accommodation tax. Where required, Brera is legally obliged to collect the taxes for the respective city upon check-in.
24h check-in
We look forward to welcoming you in person and showing you around the house. Check-in is digital, simply follow the web link we send you in advance. Once you arrive, you can easily create a key card at one of our terminals.
24h availability
Even if Leila is not there for you around the clock, there is always someone available. We are available for you 24/7 on the phone. We are also happy to communicate with you via what´s app – if it is a fast and easy communication channel for you, too.
Change your booking
If your plans change and you have to leave earlier, we will charge a maximum of 14 days or the remaining days of your booking if it is less than 14 days.
