The central location on Lake Constance offers you easy access to important companies in Meckenbeuren, Friedrichshafen, Ravensburg, and Tettnang. Attractions such as Ravensburger Spieleland, the Zeppelin and Dornier Museum, and numerous castles are within easy reach. Public transportation is within walking distance and there is ample parking available in the building. The Lake Constance region is also easy to explore by bicycle.

If you have any questions, tips, or just want to chat, we are here for you. You can reach our team by phone daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Our house manager is regularly on site. You can find the times in the house.
Apartment cleaning
A weekly cleaning including linen change is included in the price. You are welcome to request additional cleaning for a fee. Of course we clean hygienically according to official HACCP standards.
Washing salon
Our washing machines are waiting for you in the basement. Everything is easily controlled via WeWash. Detergent and fabric softener are dispensed automatically. All you have to do is throw your laundry in and look forward to the results.
Fully equiped
The apartments are fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchen utensils (crockery, cutlery, pots and pans), coffee maker, microwave – you just need to unpack your suitcase, go shopping and off you go …in your new home. Only our Pocket Room does not have a kitchen.
Additional charges
The price includes all costs…wifi, electricity, apartment cleaning and final cleaning.
24h check-in
We look forward to welcoming you in person and showing you around the house. Check-in is digital, simply follow the web link we send you in advance. Once you arrive, you can easily create a key card at one of our terminals.

Even if the local team is not there for you around the clock, someone is always available. You may dial our number at any time to get help. By the way, we are also happy to communicate with you via what’s app – if this is also a quick way for you to communicate.
Reservation changes
If your plans change and you need to leave earlier, we will charge for a maximum of 14 days or the remaining days of your stay if it is less than 14 days for a longstay booking. The regular ancellation rules apply for a short term booking.
Breakfast
Just visit the bakery in the house for a coffee or breakfast.
