The central location offers you easy access to the important companies in Böblingen and is located directly in the pedestrian zone. You can reach the green oasis – the Stadtgarten – in about five minutes on foot. Public transportation is in the immediate vicinity. Böblingen is also easy to explore by bike. The house is equally suitable for an overnight stay or for 180 nights.

Apartment cleaning
A weekly cleaning including linen change is included in the price. You are welcome to request additional cleaning for a fee. Of course we clean hygienically according to official HACCP standards.
Washing salon
Our washing machines are waiting for you in the basement. Everything is easily controlled via WeWash. Detergent and fabric softener are dispensed automatically. All you have to do is throw your laundry in and look forward to the results.
Fully equipped
The apartments are fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchen utensils (crockery, cutlery, pots and pans), coffee maker, microwave – you just need to unpack your suitcase, go shopping and off you go …in your new home. Only our Pocket Room does not have a kitchen.
Additional charges
The price includes all costs…WiFi, electricity, apartment cleaning and final cleaning.
24h check-in
We look forward to welcoming you in person and showing you around the house. Check-in is digital, simply follow the web link we send you in advance. Once you arrive, you can easily create a key card at one of our terminals.
24/7 availability
Even if the local team is not there for you around the clock, someone is always available. You may dial our number at any time to get help. By the way, we are also happy to communicate with you via WhatsApp – if this is also a quick way for you to communicate.
Reservation changes
If your plans change and you need to leave earlier, we will charge for a maximum of 14 days or the remaining days of your stay if it is less than 14 days for a longstay booking. The regular ancellation rules apply for a short term booking.
