The central location offers you easy access to the important companies in Boeblingen and is located directly in the pedestrian zone. You can reach the green oasis – the Stadtgarten – in about five minutes on foot. Public transportation is in the immediate vicinity. Böblingen is also easy to explore by bike. The house is equally suitable for an overnight stay or for 180 nights.

Apartment cleaning
A weekly cleaning including linen change is included in the price. You are welcome to request additional cleaning for a fee. Of course we clean hygienically according to official HACCP standards.
Lavanderia
In the basement of the house are washing machines, dryers and irons to use (at cost). You may get detergent around the corner in the supermarket
Fully equiped
The apartments are fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchen utensils (crockery, cutlery, pots and pans), coffee maker, microwave – you just need to unpack your suitcase, go shopping and off you go …in your new home. Only our Pocket Room does not have a kitchen.
Additional charges
The price includes all costs…wifi, electricity, apartment cleaning and final cleaning.
24 hour check-in
We look forward to welcoming you personally and showing you the house. If it is not possible for you to arrive Monday to Friday between 8am and 6p, we have a simple solution for your digital web check-in. Please follow the easy instructions you get sent via email to check-in on property.

Even if the local team is not there for you around the clock, someone is always available. You may dial our number at any time to get help. By the way, we are also happy to communicate with you via what’s app – if this is also a quick way for you to communicate.
Reservation changes
If your plans change and you need to leave earlier, we will charge for a maximum of 14 days or the remaining days of your stay if it is less than 14 days for a longstay booking. The regular ancellation rules apply for a short term booking.
Underground parking
There is a parking garage within the building (at cost). Bicycles can be safely stored in the bicycle cellar.
